Children's Day is celebrated across India on November 14th every year as a tribute to Chacha Nehru. Children's day is celebrated to increase the awareness of the rights, care and education of children. This year Diwali and the Children' day is on the same date.  Diwali is the Indian festival of light, which  symbolizes the spiritual victory of light over darkness. Deepavali is celebrated with Sweets, Diyas, crackers and fireworks. The use of fireworks causes an increase in the number of burn injuries in India during Diwali.  S tudies have stated that the fireworks of Diwali produce particulates and pollutants with a decay-life time of about one day. Festivals are meant for happiness, not for poisonous with the effects of fireworks and crackers. To save nature and lights up the future of our children, we have to celebrate an eco-friendly Smoke-free Diwali.
